We have an apartment for rent with an area of approximately 83 sq m, located near Alicante, Costa Blanca region, Orihuela-Costa, the city of Punta Prima. The apartment is intended for a family / group - up to 6 guests.
The all-year-round apartment has a private terrace (about 12 sq m, included in the apartment) - with the possibility of closing or fully opening the window door. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the palm trees and two swimming pools (only for use by residents of the estate), as well as a side sea view.
Place
The apartment is facing south, so there is sun all day on the terrace. The apartment consists of a spacious living room (a double convertible sofa, a table with 4 chairs, TV), two bedrooms (one double bed, the other two single beds that can be joined together), a kitchen with equipment (electric cooker, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, pots, plates, cutlery, cups, etc.), a bathroom with a small bathtub that serves as a shower and a utility room (washing machine, place for washing). There is wireless Internet in the apartment (Fiber Optic).
Equipped with towels, bedding, duvet, blanket (but you probably won't need it :), air conditioning.
The apartment is intended for non-smokers only. Please understand - smoking is strictly prohibited. We also do not accept pets :) We know that they are Family Members - but sometimes it's better to travel separately.
The apartment is located 300 m from the nearest supermarket, 500 m from a general store and 1 km from the center of Punta Prima - where there is, among others, McDonald's, Jysk, pharmacy with a range of bars and restaurants.
At a distance of 3.4 km is the largest open (open air) shopping center in this part of Europe - Zenia Boulevard (Decathlon, Media Markt, Leroy Merlin etc. - we could go on and on; if you go, remember where you parked - you can then search for a car for 2 hours - it's not a joke!).
The sandy beach of Punta Prima is 2.3 km away on foot. In the vicinity there is a wide selection of other sandy beaches, such as: La Zenia, La Florida. All with Blue Flag status. The Blue Flag is an international certification awarded to bathing sites meeting the highest criteria in terms of environmental protection, safety, accessibility and information.

The location of the estate where our apartment is located is a very quiet and safe area of Orihuela-Costa, surrounded by beautiful low-rise villas. There are free parking spaces next to the estate and on its premises. A small playground for children and a football pitch are located close to the estate.
The apartment is an ideal place for people who value peace, like to have easy access to shops and restaurants open all year round, also in the off-season (!).
Distance from Alicante airport is 45 minutes by car, 49 km. (It is possible to arrange a transfer from Alicante airport at an additional cost.) Distance from Valencia airport: 225 km. Distance from Murcia airport: 56 km.
According to Spanish custom, final cleaning is payable 75 Euro upon departure in cash.
There is deposit on Check-in 200 Euro.
In the off-season, an electricity fee is added to the rent according to consumption.
For stays longer than 15 days, the price is set individually.
